Products and Descriptions

We sell handmade and custom art glass products, including but not limited to decorative panels, stained glass windows, cabinet glass inserts, and decorative art pieces.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Each item is individually designed, custom handcrafted and may vary slightly.

Custom orders are made based on customer specifications and may have unique terms (see Section 6).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Our standard shipping is offered to United States. Please contact us directly for International Shipping.

Estimated delivery times are generally 3-4 weeks, but each project is unique and may require additional time to secure all the required materials, and glass selections.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have 24 hours from the time of the order placement to either cancel for a full refund or to make any changes to their order.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require approval of a design and/or dimensions before production.

A non-refundable deposit may be required.

Turnaround times for custom work vary and will be confirmed before order acceptance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, product descriptions, logos, and designs—is the property of Casa Loma Art Glass and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Loma Art Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
